Psychotherapy
Healing is Possible
I am a relationship-centered therapist, and I draw upon Internal Family Systems and family systems theory in my work. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is essential, and must foster a sense of warmth, authenticity, and acceptance, enabling clients to bring their full selves to the work, creating deeper awareness and a more connected, embodied experience.
I provide remote counseling for clients over age 18. Throughout the therapeutic process, I help clients identify their values and live life closer to alignment with those values.
I have helped clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, anti-semitism, racism, family of origin conflicts, marital conflict, family planning, professional leadership stress, chronic illness, men's issues, parenting, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, infidelity, sexual identity, identity formation, and more.
